About us
Before you apply
Application guidelines
Please ensure you read the instrutions when completing and returning your application form.
Please note: Applications received without the job reference number cannot be accepted.
Our recruitment processes are underpinned by the principle of selection on merit on the basis of fair and open competition as set out in the Civil Service Commissioners' Recruitment Principles.
Equal Opportunities
The Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission (‘the Commission’) is committed to providing services which embrace diversity and which promote equality of opportunity. As an employer we are also committed to equality and valuing diversity within our workforce. Our goal is to ensure that these commitments, reinforced by our Values, are embedded in our day to day working practice with all our customers, colleagues and partners.
We will not tolerate discrimination on any of the following: gender, marital status, sexual orientation, race, colour, nationality, religion, age, disability, HIV status, working pattern, caring responsibilities, trade union activity, or political beliefs - or any other grounds.
Information for people with disabilities
The Commission has a positive policy to endeavour to provide access, equipment or other practical support to ensure that disabled people compete on equal terms.
We use the disability symbol because we recognise that disabled people have been disadvantaged and under-represented within the employment market.
As a disability symbol user, we guarantee a place in the Final Assessment Stage to anyone with a disability whose application form and selection tests meet the minimum criteria for the job they are applying for.
